Booking requests
A submitted form, API call, availability result or message is an enquiry only. It does not create a hold, acceptance, agency appointment, contract or confirmed booking. A booking exists only when the relevant parties agree final written terms.
Prices and availability
Published prices are indicative guides in Australian dollars. Final fees may change with scope, preparation, travel, audience, recording, reuse, exclusivity, rights and other requirements. Availability checks are indicative and subject to private calendar review.
Acceptable use
You must provide accurate information, have authority to act for the organisation or principal you identify, and must not scrape private information, circumvent access controls, submit abusive or deceptive requests, or use talent material beyond applicable law and agreed rights.
Intellectual property and confidentiality
Public biographies, images, media kits and other material remain owned by their respective rights holders and are provided for evaluating a genuine engagement. Invitation-only records may contain confidential commercial and personal information and must not be copied, disclosed or used outside the engagement for which access was granted.
Agent Access
Software agents may use the published API and MCP interfaces only with their human principal’s approval. Agents must preserve request references and status tokens securely and must not represent an acknowledgement as a confirmed booking.
Liability and governing law
To the extent permitted by law, Two Unknowns is not responsible for decisions made from indicative information or for interruptions outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. The version published here applies when you use the service. Questions can be submitted through the Contact page.
